SUBMIT YOUR EVENT PHOTOS

As our members, we would like to encourage ORRA Member Clubs & Organizations to send us photographs of events that can be used in various ways within the organization, such as the ORRA Booth, ORRA Website, etc. Please review the Waiver at the bottom of this screen or click HERE BEFORE you submit your photos to ORRA. If you plan on sending us your pictures we have a couple of options to help facilitate the process:

1. Click HERE to submit your pictures** via email as an attachment - This method will only function with programs such as Outlook, Lotus Notes, Group Wise, Eudora, etc. and will not function using web based email programs such as Yahoo, Hotmail, GMail, etc.

2. Send your pictures** to the following email address photo@orra.on.ca (copy & paste email address into your email program)

**Note: There is a 9.8MB size limit per email

By submitting your photos to ORRA using one of the prescribed methods outlined above, you are confirming that:

• You are the copyright owner of the photos

• Your photos are releasable to ORRA

• Submitted photos contain identifiable people within your organization
